1. Eligibility & Use of Website
You must be 13 years or older to use this website. If under 13, parental/guardian supervision is required.
Joystore may refuse service, cancel orders, or suspend accounts at its discretion.

2. Products & Pricing
All products (gadgets and accessories) are listed with as much accuracy as possible.
Prices are displayed in INR and may change without notice.
Slight differences in color, packaging, or design may occur.

3. Orders, Payments & Cancellations
Orders require full or partial advance payment.
Joystore offers a partial payment plan. Once an order is dispatched, this advance is non-refundable.
If a customer cancels an order after dispatch, the advance will be forfeited as compensation for order loss.

4. Returns & Replacements
Returns are accepted within 14 days of delivery.
A ₹50 processing fee will be deducted from the product cost.
Alternatively, customers may exchange for another gadget/accessory free of cost.
Returned items must be unused, in original packaging, and include all accessories.

5. Limitation of Liability
Joystore is not liable for indirect, incidental, or consequential damages.
Liability, if proven, will not exceed the value of the purchased product.

6. Governing Law
These terms are governed by the laws of India.
Disputes fall under the jurisdiction of the courts in [Your City/State, e.g., Mumbai, Maharashtra].
