Welcome to joystore.in (hereinafter “we”, “us”, “our”, “JoyStore”). These Terms and Conditions (“Terms”) govern your use of our website and the purchase of products from us. By accessing or using our website, placing an order, or making a purchase, you agree to be bound by these Terms.
Please read these Terms carefully before using our services. If you do not agree with any part of these Terms, you must not use our website.
1. Eligibility & Use of Website
You must be 13 years or older to use this website. If under 13, parental/guardian supervision is required.
Joystore may refuse service, cancel orders, or suspend accounts at its discretion.
2. Products & Pricing
All products (gadgets and accessories) are listed with as much accuracy as possible.
Prices are displayed in INR and may change without notice.
Slight differences in color, packaging, or design may occur.
3. Orders, Payments & Cancellations
Joystore accepts prepaid orders only. Cash on Delivery (COD) is not available in order to prevent fake or fraudulent orders.
All orders require full or partial advance payment at the time of placing the order. Once an order is successfully placed and dispatched, the advance or full payment made is non-refundable.
Orders cannot be cancelled after dispatch. Any cancellation request raised after dispatch will not be eligible for a refund or reversal of the paid amount.

4. No Refund Policy
Please note: We do NOT offer refunds for any purchase made through this website, including prepaid and Cash on Delivery orders.
This means:
No cancellation/refund after order is placed, except as specified under the Replacement Policy below.
Refunds are not available due to “change of mind”, dissatisfaction, or delay in delivery.
However, if the item you receive is damaged, defective, or not working, you are eligible for a free replacement as per our Replacement Policy.
To request a replacement, you must contact us within 48 hours of delivery with supporting photos or videos for verification.
5. Limitation of Liability
Joystore is not liable for indirect, incidental, or consequential damages.
Liability, if proven, will not exceed the value of the purchased product.
6. Free Replacement Policy
We offer free replacement only in the following cases:
✔️ Product received is damaged during shipping
✔️ Product is defective or not functioning as intended
To request a free replacement:
Contact us within 48 hours of delivery.
Provide your order number and photos/videos showing the damage/defect.
Once verified, we will send a replacement product at no additional cost.
What replacements do NOT cover:
Damage due to customer misuse after delivery
Wrong address provided by the customer
Normal wear and tear
Change of preference
The replacement will be processed according to product availability. If the same product is unavailable, you may be offered an alternative or store credit at our discretion.
7. Governing Law
These terms are governed by the laws of India.
Disputes fall under the jurisdiction of the courts in [Your City/State, e.g., Mumbai, Maharashtra].
8. Delivery Timeline & Delays
While we strive to deliver all orders within the estimated delivery period, certain unforeseen circumstances such as logistics delays, stock unavailability, or technical issues may occasionally affect dispatch and delivery timelines. In rare cases, delivery may take up to 28 days from the date of order. We appreciate your patience and understanding in such situations.
